Do you accept insurance?

What do I need to bring with me?

We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete registration and fill out a health questionnaire. Please ensure you bring the following items with you for your appointment: a valid driver’s license or identification, your insurance information, any necessary referral letters, as well as any reports, X-rays, MRI scans, CT scans, or other relevant medical documentation. It would also be helpful to have a list of any medications you are currently taking, if applicable.

How long does a Functional Capacity Evaluation take, and how is it conducted?

The duration of an FCE can vary depending on the complexity of the assessment and the individual’s specific needs. Typically, an FCE can range from several hours to a full day. During the evaluation, the individual will undergo a series of standardized tests and functional activities under the guidance of a trained evaluator. These may include lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and other tasks relevant to their job demands.
